Please find the following important information regarding the team event:-

1. You will each be covering THREE marshal points over the weekend…

2. Your are able to access the track from 12 noon on Friday 30th August 2013

3. Please make sure that you parked in your allotted club area.

4. There is fresh water available on site but only accessible by container and not but truck.

5. Scrutineering will be done in your own club section.

6. Signing on will be between 7pm and 8.30pm Friday, Saturday 7.45am – 8.45am, Sunday 7.45am – 8.45am.

7. Parade of Teams 9.00 am

8. Practice Starts at 9.30am

9. Marshals to their points by 9am

10. There will be a Tug of war on Saturday night and also a disco
